I believe that re-connecting with your inner wisdom is essential for food freedom.
For years I was disconnected from my body’s internal cues. Through mindfulness, I learned to re-connect to my body. Through evidence-based nutrition education, I learned how to authentically and truly nourish myself. It is a balancing act and I am here to help you find your own version of balance.
